ECS   COnnect  Challenge

Distance   Learning   is   tough ...   but   so   are  we.

Every kid and teacher wishes for a snow day- a power outage... anything that gets us a day off from school, right? This however is a bit over the top! We don't know about you, but we miss seeing our friends, going to work, and even dragging through a day exhausted. Most of us would give anything to be forced to get up and ready at 5am again in hopes to be around some normalcy. While we are happy to start online school up- we still miss the school connection at ECS. In attempts to interact with each other a little more (because we miss seeing you!) we are starting a social media "connect challenge."
Each month, we will post a calendar complete with little tasks to complete each school day and share with the community. We encourage anyone (students, teachers, parents, community members) that wants to participate to join. Here's how:

1. Download the challenge calendar below. Daily challenges will also be posted to Facebook and Instagram.
2. After getting permission from your parents- complete each challenge and post in one of two ways: instagram or facebook. Feel free to post on both!

Instagram: post the picture and caption to either your feed or story and use the hashtag #ECSconnect and tag @eddyvillecharterschool. We will share all posts on the @eddyvillecharterschool instagram story each day as well.
Facebook: post the picture and caption to the ECSconnect group page.

See you there!

Rules:
1. Always make sure you have permission from your parent/guardian to access social media cites and post pictures. Students under 13 should post with their parents and on parent social media pages.
2. Posts and captions need to be appropriate and for the purpose of connecting and uplifting- no negativity please.
3. Comments should be positive and uplifting.
4. School rules apply- including but not limited to language, dress code, content etc.
