Volunteer Forms (please complete all forms and submit to ECS HR:  Email Missy Endicott)

A completed packet can be turned in to Missy Endicott.  All 3 pages including proof of completed Safe Schools training are required for processing a volunteer, this can take up to two weeks for processing. You will receive a confirmation email stating you have been approved as a volunteer.
